Our sections
The student union’s social activities are divided among several sections, each with its own specific focus. Every section contributes a piece of the puzzle that, together, makes student life in Kista unique.
Klubbmästeriet
This section walks around in black and gold overalls and arrange pubs every wednesday and last friday of the month.
Musikaliska & Estetiska sektionen
MES is the section that does all the creatives that you can think. From painting and music, to performances and everything inbetween.
Näringslivssektionen
NärS sustain ties to companies and students. NärS arranges Systemvetardagen each year for IT-students and companies
Sportsektionen
Sporten aims to provide students with opportunities to attend different fun sports activities.
Sarimners Kultingar
SK is the section that arranges events that are game-related. Mostly in the form of different game-nights, board games and videogames.
Insparken
Insparken is responsible for welcoming new students each year. With activities, competition, parties and much more!

The easiest way to stay up to date with what we are doing at DISK is to follow us on social media.
On Instagram, we also share plenty of fun content, with a greater focus on images and less on text.
On Facebook, we post news and updates, such as extended tutoring hours, changes to the café’s opening hours, upcoming events and vacancies for important positions.
We also have a Discord server where all our members can chat, talk, play games and share memes with one another.
