Find DSV
The Department of Computer and Systems Sciences (DSV) is located at Campus Kista. You will find us in the NOD building at Borgarfjordsgatan 12.
Getting Here
By metro
Take blue line 11 towards Akalla to Kista and use the northern exit, in the same direction the train is travelling from T-Centralen. Turn right after the stairs and walk straight through Kista Galleria. Continue across the pedestrian bridge and turn left before the next bridge, by Engelska skolan. Cross the final pedestrian bridge, and you will find the main entrance to Kista NOD on your right.
By commuter train
Take commuter train 40, 41 or 42 to Helenelund. Turn right after leaving the station and follow the pedestrian path beneath the bridge and across Arne Beurlings torg. Continue along Kistagången for approximately 900 metres and turn right after passing Tastory. Follow the road to Borgarfjordsgatan, where you will see Kista NOD ahead of you. From there, you can enter through Entrance A, Entrance C or continue to the main entrance.
By car
Drive towards Kista and follow the signs for Kista Science City. Enter Borgarfjordsgatan 12, 164 55 Kista into your GPS to reach Kista NOD. Parking is available in the building’s garage and at several nearby car parks. Once you arrive, enter through Entrance A, Entrance C or the main entrance, depending on your destination.
Main Entrance
DSV is located in Kista NOD and can be reached in several ways by public transport. Parking is also available in Kista Galleria and outside the department along Kista Alléväg for those travelling by car.
At the main entrance at Borgarfjordsgatan 12, there is a staircase leading up to floors 1 and 2. If you walk past the staircase, you will find the entrance to Aula NOD.
Finding Your Way Around DSV
Find your way around the NOD building easily. The map shows where DSV’s lecture halls, group rooms, computer labs and other important facilities are located, helping you quickly navigate the campus.
Access Card
An access card is required to enter the department’s premises. All access card administration is handled by DSV, except when you have lost your card and need a replacement. In that case, you pay the replacement fee at the student union office and then collect the new card from the access card collection point. More information about access cards can be found here.
